Online Business School (OBS), the first business school online, has been recognized by the American HRCI (HR Certification Institute) in its Masters Program in Human Resources Management. The HRCI certifies that the Masters Program in Human Resources Management of OBS Business School complies with the standards of quality and content. The knowledge that brings the program the student are necessary for obtaining individual HRCI if the student, once the program is over, decides to take the examination for accreditation. The certification which can access is Global Professional in Human Resources.

The accreditation to which can be accessed once completed the Master OBS Business School, the GPHR®, is a global accreditation, designed to validate the skills and knowledge of the Human Resources professionals operating in global markets. The accreditation endorses the ability of professionals to the creation and development of human resources strategies at the global level, whose results give support to the overall growth of the Organization.


OBS Business School began in May the 11th call for his Master in Human Resources Management. This course offers a global vision of the management of human resources. “The Director of Human Resources must be able to lead a department interconnected with all the business activities of the company, designing strategies and policies for the management of the people aligned with the strategic vision of the company and at the same time, the Human Resources Management must adapt continuously to changes in the environment,” explains Josep Lluís Bosch, program director of the Master and head of studies in Sociology at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the UB.
